I was very deliberate in choosing a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.  Not only did I study the breed, but I also made sure to find the best breeder.  My husband and I visited Teresa and met many of the fine Cavs she raised and were convinced that Stoneridge was the place to get our new puppy.  Teresa nurtures each puppy with TLC and it really shows.  Teresa's attention to the details of raising each dog is amazing.  We have a healthy and very happy puppy who came to us socialized with humans and animals, and litter box trained.  I highly recommend Stoneridge Cavaliers.

A few months ago I lost my beautiful cavalier and my best friend.  I wasn't looking for another so soon but found myself checking the internet for puppies just to look at.  I stumbled across the ad for "Stoneridge" and decided to write just to get information on available puppies.  Teresa answered me immediately and sent me pictures of her "babies" and that was the beginning of a life-long relationship.  Living so far away, (I am in Virginia) all our correspondence was by e-mail.  My fears of adopting another puppy were immediately diminished after Teresa sent me pictures and kept in touch on a regular basis.  I found that I could have purchased a cavalier from over 200 breeders on the internet, but Teresa's patience and understanding of my situation, convinced me that I wanted a puppy that SHE spoiled and prepared for a lifetime of love.  My little female "Jewel" was shipped, and couldn't have been better adjusted.  The shipping was just as planned and she was in my arms and my heart as promised.  I now have another best friend who starts puppy classes tomorrow, thanks to Teresa and her total love of the breed.  Anyone can be a breeder...............Teresa at Stoneridge is truely a Cavalier Mommy.

As a fairly new empty nester I needed a puppy to love.  I did several online Which breed is right for you?" quizzes, and to my surprise they kept coming up with a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel as the top choice.  I didn't know much about the breed, so I started investigating.  Soon afterward I found Teresa's website, and was really struck by the loving, humorous tone she used to describe her relationship with her Cavaliers.  Several friendly, informative e-mails later, I was in Teresa's kitchen and holding my young Zoe in my arms.  She stole my heart right then and has had it ever since.

Cavaliers are just incredible little dogs.  Loving, people-oriented, friendly to everyone-you couldn't get a better temperament.  Their coat is pretty and easy and fun to maintain.  Zoe loves to fetch and adores her toys, but also loves to cuddle and curl up with me to watch TV or read.  She got along instantly with our 10 year old beagle mix and they are best buddies.  Zoe is the perfect size to cuddle and yet not one bit fragile.  While she has been known to do a few rascally, naughty things, she's just too darn cute and fun to be mad at for long.

I can't say enough about what a wonderful breeder Teresa is.  The puppies are raised right in her home and socialized from day one.  Their surroundings are clean and comfortable.  The adult dogs are beautiful and extremely well behaved.  You can just tell from Teresa's attitude that she is organized and professional, but also has a real soft spot for her animals.  Bringing home a litter box trained puppy is so great!  There is no getting up in the middle of the night with a tiny pup!  Teresa pays great attention to the health issues of Cavalier breeding and is very knowledgeable about the breed.

Choosing my new puppy from Stoneridge Cavaliers was one of the best decisions I have ever made.  I hope to get anohter one some day!

I purchased my little boy, Toofun (Storm in Farsi) a few months ago because I wanted a companion for my one year old female blenheim cavalier, Tehya (Precious in Native American).  He has been such a great addition to our lives, making Tehya more socialable around dogs, and providing endless entertainment as the two rough and tumble.  The reason I chose Stoneridge was because I was looking for a breeder that would ensure me of a quality puppy, both on health and mannerisms.  I'm not sure what she did before he came but we had very little work to do to crate train and litter train him.  He's just been an incredible puppy.  I also got a four year health guarantee which in itself is a testament of the sense of responsibility of this breeder in insuring their dams and sire's health before breeding.  More on Toofun.............He's a fearless, loving, spoiled (I do that part), smart, caring puppy that I'm sure will grow into a lovely dog.  I'm just so excited and happy to have him and I'm glad to have gotten him from Stoneridge, because it gives me peace of mind, knowing he'll be a healthy dog.

When I found out about Stoneridge Cavaliers from a friend of mine, I was so impressed with what they said that I went online to the web site and liked what I saw on there.  I was very impressed with all of the information she had about Cavaliers and I could tell that Teresa is a very dedicated Cavalier breeder.  I contacted her and set up a time to go to her house and meet her and her wonderful Cavaliers.  When I finally did meet with her I really liked her and all of her Cavaliers.  Her dogs are raised in a wonderful environment and with a lot of TLC!  I ended up putting a deposit on the first born female blenheim from Shadow and Winston's litter.  I ended up with a beautiful blenheim girl I named Brianna.  She also turned out to be a wonderful, loving, devoted member of my family.  She's very spoiled and the princess of our house.  I plan to eventually get a tri colored male cavalier and he will definitely be a Stoneridge Cavalier.  I highly recommend Teresa Jones as a fantastic breeeder of Cavaliers and thnk that anyone who is going to get a cavalier should make the best choice possible and get a Stoneridge Cavalier.

I am a senior at Kansas State University.  I always wanted a Cavalier but my busy schedule did not allow time for a puppy.  With graduation around the corner I decided it was time to fulfill my dream of four years.

I researched the breed in great detail making sure that the Cavalier was right for me.  I also spent endless hours researching breeders in Kansas.  I stumbled upon Stoneridge Cavaliers on the internet and was very impressed.  How someone could litter box train a puppy before 8 weeks of age is beyond me.  I plan on moving to New York City to pursue my career, so the litter box is ideal for me.

I logged on occaisionally to look at pictures and check up on puppies and to my surprise there was a new litter.  I called Teresa and spoke with her about stopping by to spend time with the puppies and see where she raises them.  Teresa welcomed me into her warm and loving home.  Teresa was very informative, professional, and kind.  I went to her home with plans to wait until summer.  I saw those faces and my "plans" for the summer seemed too far away.  I went home that night a new mommy and took little Chanel home a week later.

Chanel is the most wonderful puppy.  She helps herself to the litter box, gives kisses all day long, and is so smart.  All of my friends are so impressed that at 10 weeks she is so well behaved.  If you are interested in Cavaliers I wouldn't hesitate to work with Teresa.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to the memories that Chanel and I will share.

We took Merlin home in March and have had a great time with him.  Our vet was very concerned about health issues of the Cavaliers as they had seen several Cavaliers with epileptic seizures in her practice.  However, when we told her our puppy came from Stoneridge Cavaliers, she was very relieved since she had another Stoneridge Cavalier that was also a patient of hers and was very healthy.

  Merlin has impressed our relatives.  I took him down to Oklahoma and he loved traveling and sleeping on laps or a soft crate.  He has been a champ about using the litter box with very few accidents (mostly our fault).  We are in progress on training him to go outside and he is getting the hang of that as well.  However, the litter box is very handy on stormy days!!!  All of the neighborhood is quite charmed with him and he is getting to be quite well known.  He loves our cats and is quite the playmate for one of the cats.  In fact, Merlin loves everyone!  He enjoys playing and sitting on laps and lets you know which one he wants! 

We had spent quite a bit of time researching Cavaliers and were quite impressed with the health of Teresa's Cavaliers.  Her home is friendly and inviting and she is quick to enforce hand washing and any method that ensures the health of the puppies and adult dogs.  I could tell Merlin had bonded with her when I went to visit and, as Teresa predicted, he was quick to bond with us as well.  We definitely recommend getting your Cavalier from Teresa!

After our family decided on purchasing a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for our first family pet we started the hard part-finding an ethical breeder who we felt we could trust.  After our first visit to Stoneridge Cavaliers and especially after meeting Teresa in person, we knew we had found our match.  What struck us the most about Teresa was how much she really cares about her Cavaliers and it is obvious that they adore her as well.  She opened up her home to us and let us have an inside view of the well being and loving care that she provides to her Cavaliers on a daily basis.  After making the decision to purchase from an upcoming litter, Teresa remained in contact through e-mail and phone calls to keep us up to date on al the happenings.  Once our little Flicka was born, she sent pictures and updates via e-mail so we could see how she was progressing.  At six weeks, she hosted a "puppy play day" where we could actually go meet our little puppy and start the bonding process.  It was an event cherished by our whole family.  I will never forget the looks in our girls eyes when they first saw their puppy in person.  Now at three months old, our little Flicka is healthy, beautiful, and is just a joy to have as part of our family.  It never ceases to amaze me that she can be frolicking around playing hard one minute and then, the instant she is picked up, just melt into your lap, cuddle and fall asleep.  Of course, we attribute her temperament and health to both the quality of the Cavaliers who she was bred from as well as the care she received from Teresa in her first weeks of life.  Also, last, but not least, having a puppy that is litter box trained is a great benefit too!

I chose Stoneridge Cavaliers after looking for a reputable breeders for four years-seriously!  After interviewing several, I found many breeders were not as concerned about Cavalier health issues as I was.  This bothered me a lot because I grew up with 3 Cavaliers, and 2 died from genetic related heart problems.  That is the last thing I wanted to happen to my new puppy!  Teresa put me at ease and told me about how she has her dogs tested for genetic problems regularly, not just once like a lot of other breeders.  Her vet also had wonderful things to say about her breeding program and dogs.

I flew from colorado to pick up my puppy in person and found the environment they are raised in very clean and filled with lots of love and happy, well socialized dogs!  The fact that our puppy, Gypsy, was already litterbox and crate trained helped a lot after we brought her home.

Gypsy is almost one year old now and we cannot imagine life without her.  She has such spunk and makes us laugh constantly.  Since she is crate trained, it is also easy to fly with her under the seat in front of me-she never makes a peep.  We just adore this dog.  I assume anyone else who gets their next dog from Stoneridge Cavaliers will be just as pleased!

I can't say enough good things about Stoneridge Cavaliers and Teresa Jones. 

We adopted Madison, a blenheim girl, from Teresa in May 2007 and our lives

haven't been the same since.  Madison has taken over our hearts and we have Stoneridge Cavaliers to thank for it.

My husband and I decided to adopt a Cavalier as a "wedding present" to each

other.  For weeks we researched breeders.  We called references, vets, and local

Cavalier clubs to get the best recommendations.  Unlike some breeders we called, Teresa was always so friendly, generous with her time, and willing to offer

references for her services.  The vet and references for Stoneridge assured us of

the quality of companion dog we'd be receiving from Teresa.  We just knew we'd found the right breeder; we were right!  After the wedding, we drove from Indiana to Kansas to pick up our little girl, Madison.

Everything the other testimonies say is true.  When you pick up your puppy, he/she will be litterbox trained, crate trained, and socially ready to join a new, loving, family.  Even though we were in a hotel for our first night with Madison, she had no problem using the litterbox right three in the hotel room.  During our nine hour drive home with Maddy the next day, all we had to do was put her in the litterbox and she would relieve herelf right there in the car.  What a well trained little puppy!  She still uses her litter box and she will also use the potty outside when we take her on nightly walks.  We now have the best of both worlds!

Teresa is a wonderful advisor for new puppy parents.  I'd never had a dog before and though my husband grew up with dogs, he'd never had his own puppy to take care of.  Teresa was, and continues to be, a trusted friend and resource for all things dog related.  I must have called her twice a week for the first few months, just to make sure what Maddy was doing-not barking, eating her food really fast, sleeping a lot, was normal.  When you're a new puppy parent, there is so much you don't know; Teresa makes the process so much easier by being "on-call" for you and by giving you handouts and guides to puppy parenting.  We have followed all of her advice about food, supplements, training, health care, and socialization and it has worked.  We are often told by our fellow dog owners and vets, "that she is the happiest, healthiest puppy I've ever seen!"

Madision is a true joy.  She is affectionate, playful, healthy, and happy.  She loves going for walks around town to meet and greet everyone.  People just love her, always stopping us to hold and admire her.  She has never barked at people, cars, or other dogs on the street.  She just a little social butterfly!  Madison sleeps with us every night and when she needs to use the potty at night she will just trot down from the bed using her pet stairs, find her litterbox, go potty, and run back up the stairs to join us for a good night's sleep.  She's happiest when with her family, as are we.

Thank you Teresa and Stoneridge Cavaliers for bringing so much joy into our lives.  We look forward to adding another Stoneridge "baby" to our family soon.
